Ingredients

  • 10 Empanada Sambousa dough
  • ¼ cup of Finely diced mushrooms
  • 1 Finely diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 5 Kiri cheese squares

Cooking steps

  1. Cook the onions and mushrooms with garlic, salt & pepper
  2. Add Kiri cheese squares with the mixture and top with chopped cilantro
  3. Stuff each round-shaped sambousa with the Kiri cheese and mushroom mixture.
  4. Close them using a Sambousa tool or using your fingers
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
