With simple ingredients you can make a delicious appetizer that will keep you satisfied

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 100g Kiri
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Kiri Spread

Cooking steps

  1. Cut baguette into thin slices
  2. Place slices on a tray and rub with half a garlic clove
  3. Drizzle olive oil and bake until crispy
  4. In a pan heat some olive oil, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes cut lengthwise
  5. Spread Kiri on the crispy crostini bread
  6. Add ½ teaspoon of pesto (make sure small quantity jus to give hint of green and not cover Kiri)
  7. Top with cooked tomatoes and garlic
