With simple ingredients you can make a delicious appetizer that will keep you satisfied
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 100g Kiri
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- Cherry tomatoes
- Garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking steps
- Cut baguette into thin slices
- Place slices on a tray and rub with half a garlic clove
- Drizzle olive oil and bake until crispy
- In a pan heat some olive oil, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes cut lengthwise
- Spread Kiri on the crispy crostini bread
- Add ½ teaspoon of pesto (make sure small quantity jus to give hint of green and not cover Kiri)
- Top with cooked tomatoes and garlic
