Olive and Zaatar Sambousek with Kiri®

Ingredients

For the Kiri® Cream Filling

  • 16 Kiri® Square Portions
  • 3 tablespoons pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Zaatar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Samboussek

  • 20 samboussek wrappers (8 cm diameter)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Zaatar

Cooking steps

Preparing the Kiri® Cream Filling

  • 1Preheat the Airfryer to 165°C.
  • 2Place the Kiri® Square Portions in a bowl, and mash them with a spoon until smooth.
  • 3Add the olives, Zaatar, salt, and pepper, then mix to combine.

Preparing the Samboussek

  • 1Using the samboussek wrappers and the Kiri® filling, form the samboussek.
  • 2Brush the top of the samboussek with butter, sprinkle with Zaatar, then bake in the airfryer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
