Blue cheese and walnut dip

Ingredients

  • 15 Kiri® squares
  • ½ cup “Roquefort” blue cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix the Kiri squares, blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and white pepper in a food processor.
  2. Blend the mixture until it’s soft.
  3. Add the green onions as well as the walnuts and fold. The dip is now ready to serve.
  4. Serve cold in a bowl.
