- 15 Kiri® squares
- ½ cup “Roquefort” blue cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
- Mix the Kiri squares, blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and white pepper in a food processor.
- Blend the mixture until it’s soft.
- Add the green onions as well as the walnuts and fold. The dip is now ready to serve.
- Serve cold in a bowl.
