Falat Cheese Dessert by Eman
Fluffy dough balls with Kiri Square Portions and syrup
For the Falat
- 15 Kiri Square Portions
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 cup of syrup
- Pistachio to garnish
Preparing the Falat
- Blend the Kiri Square Portions with half cup water in bowl.
- Add Kiri, flour, eggs, baking soda and knead it well to prepare a consistent dough.
- Let rest 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the mix into small egg yolk size balls and fry it.
- Soak them in syrup for few seconds and serve.
