Celebrate every win at Ghabka game night with the flaky and puffy Danish Pastry.

Ingredients

  • 12 Puff pastry squares
  • ½ cup Ready made custard
  • Pistachio powder
  • 6 Kiri squares
  • 6 table spoons Sugar syrup
  • Egg wash Kiri cream (one egg)

Garnish:

  • Dried rose petals & pistachio powder

Cooking steps

  1. Brush puff pastry square with eggwash
  2. Sprinkle Pistachio powder
  3. Add 1tsp custard
  4. Place Cheese on top
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
  6. Drizzle sugar syrup (we didn’t shoot this step)
  7. Garnish with pistachio & flower and serve
