Ingredients

Cheesecake crust:

  • 400 grams (3 1/3 cup) Digestive biscuit
  • 180 grams (¾ cup) unsalted Butter
  • 3 table spoons Cocoa powder

Filling:

  • 12 kiri cheese squares
  • ½ cup powdered milk
  • 240 ml (1cup) Kishta
  • 397 grams (can) condensed milk
  • 1 egg

Garnish:

  • Ready-made brownies
  • Caramel sauce
  • Chocolate sauce

Cooking steps

Crust:

  1. In a food processor, grind biscuits
  2. In a pan, melt the butter, and whisk in the cocoa powder. Then add the ground biscuits to the pan and remove it from the heat
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake mold and use the bottom of a measuring cup to flatten it
  4. Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool

Filling:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mix all the filling ingredients together in a food processor
  3. Place parchment paper in the cheesecake mold and place mold on a tray
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 30-40 minutes
  5. Decorate with chopped brownie
