Ingredients
Cheesecake crust:
- 400 grams (3 1/3 cup) Digestive biscuit
- 180 grams (¾ cup) unsalted Butter
- 3 table spoons Cocoa powder
Filling:
- 12 kiri cheese squares
- ½ cup powdered milk
- 240 ml (1cup) Kishta
- 397 grams (can) condensed milk
- 1 egg
Garnish:
- Ready-made brownies
- Caramel sauce
- Chocolate sauce
Cooking steps
Crust:
- In a food processor, grind biscuits
- In a pan, melt the butter, and whisk in the cocoa powder. Then add the ground biscuits to the pan and remove it from the heat
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake mold and use the bottom of a measuring cup to flatten it
- Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool
Filling:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix all the filling ingredients together in a food processor
- Place parchment paper in the cheesecake mold and place mold on a tray
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 30-40 minutes
- Decorate with chopped brownie
