Creamy Chicken and Rice Gratin by Alaa
A delicious chicken, rice and vegetable gratin made extra creamy with Kiri Square Portions
For the Gratin
- 4 Kiri Square Portions
- 4 cups rice
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 potatoes
- ½ cup broccoli
- ¼ cup green beans
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup cooking cream
- ½ cup chicken stock
Preparing the Gratin
- In a pan, stir fry onions with garlic, chicken and spices.
- Boil the potatoes, broccoli and beans in another pan.
- For the sauce, mix the cream, cheese and chicken stock. Add the spices and salt and pepper.
- In a baking pan, place the boiled rice, chicken and vegetables. Then top it with the creamy sauce. Place it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
