Crispy baked potatoes topped with Kiri Square Portions, fresh herbs, and pomegranates

Ingredients

For the Potatoes

  • 2 chopped potatoes
  • Garlic powder and dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the Kiri Dip

  • 5 Kiri Square Portions
  • 4 tbsp of yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Cooking steps

Preparing the potatoes

  1. Season the potatoes and place them in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

For the Kiri Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients together until you get a creamy consistency.
  2. Put them in a serving dish.

Serving

  1. Decorate with pomegranates, parsley and olive oil.
  2. Serve with the potatoes.
