      A creamy plate of pesto tagliatelle with Kiri Square Portions, almonds, and fresh herbs

      Ingredients

      For the Tagliatelle

      • 3 Kiri Square Portions
      • 2 cups basil, wild thyme and mint leaves
      • 1/2 cup olive oil
      • 1 garlic clove
      • Salt (to taste)
      • 45g almonds 100g
      • Boiled Tagliatelle

      Cooking steps

      Preparing the Tagliatelle

      • 1In a mortar, crush the green leaves, gradually adding olive oil, garlic, almonds, Kiri.
      • 2Add the pesto to the boiled tagliatelle and serve with fresh basil leaves.
