Bell peppers stuffed with Kiri by Rakan

  • 6 Kiri® square portions
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 125g dried tomato
  • 40g walnuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt


  • 40g fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 25g pine nuts
  • 30g parmesan cheese
  • Salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the bell peppers
  2. Clean the bell peppers from the inside, then start stuffing them with Kiri square portions, walnuts, dried tomatoes and then cover it with another Kiri square portion.
  3. Place the bell peppers in a baking tray and place it in the oven at 180°C, for 20 minutes.
  4. For the pesto, mix the fresh basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and olive oil.
  5. Remove the bell peppers from the oven and drizzle the pesto sauce over it.
