Creamy Chicken with Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves mashed garlic
- 1 cup Kiri creamy spread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of paprika
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 3 cups water
- Toasted almonds or pine nuts for garnish
- A little chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation Method
- Wash the rice well until the water runs clear, then drain it.
- Place chicken cubes in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, turmeric, and nutmeg. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook rice in 3 cups of water with a pinch of salt for about 15 minutes on low heat, then set aside.
- Heat butter in a skillet, sauté onions until soft, then add garlic.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add Kiri creamy spread and mix well. Add a little water if needed for desired consistency.
- Simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
- Serve over rice and garnish with toasted nuts and parsley.
