Kiri Zaatar Pancakes
Delicious pancakes made with Kiri Square Portion and Zaatar
For the Pancakes
- 8 Kiri Square Portions
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup low fat milk or skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- cup zaatar mixture
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Preparing the Pancakes
- In a large bowl mix the ingredients all together until you get a homogenous mixture.
- In a frying pan, spray cooking spray and place a large spoon of the mixture on medium heat. Once bubbles start forming on the visible side, dip the pancake.
- Serve on a plate with 1 Kiri, fresh thyme leaves, cherry tomatoes and sprinkles of Zaatar !
