Ingredients
For the Kiri® Cream
- 2 Kiri® Greek Style Portions
- 150 grams (1/2 cup) plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
Toppings
- 40 grams (1/4 cup) granola
- 2 strawberries, cut in half
- 3 raspberries
- 1 tablespoon pecans
Cooking steps
For the Kiri® Cream
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Kiri® Greek Style Portions, 150 grams (1/2 cup) of plain unsweetened yogurt, and 1 teaspoon of honey (or to taste).
- Mix the ingredients until smooth and creamy to create the Kiri® Cream mixture.
Toppings
- In a serving bowl, layer 40 grams (1/4 cup) of granola at the bottom.
- Place the halved strawberries and raspberries on top of the granola, arranging them evenly.
- Sprinkle the pecans over the fruit.
Assembly
- Spoon the prepared Kiri® Cream over the fruit and granola in the serving bowl.
- Garnish with additional fruit or nuts, if desired.
