Ingredients

  • Kiri Square Portions
  • Biscuits
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter
  • Granulated sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Hazelnuts
  • Agar agar or gelatin
  • Dehydrated rose petals
  • Diced apricot
  • Citrus zest
  • Sea salt
  • Rose water

Cooking steps

Prepare the Base:

  1. Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with melted butter, sea salt, cinnamon, and sugars until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Prepare the Cheese Filling:

  1. In a bowl, mix Kiri square portions with diced dried apricots, hydrated agar agar (or gelatin), citrus zest, and rose water until smooth.

Assemble:
