Kiri Tiramisu Al Moulouk
A creamy and indulgent post-iftar dessert combining creamy Kiri layers, cocoa-dusted biscuits, and subtle coffee notes for a modern twist on classic comfort.
Ingredients
Cream Layer:
- 3 cups milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Kiri Square Portions
- 1 small can cream (optional)
Tiramisu-Inspired Biscuit Layer:
- Cocoa-flavored biscuits (any chocolate tea biscuits)
- A splash of liquid coffee or cold espresso
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
For Decoration:
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa powder
- Hazelnuts or walnuts

Cooking steps
Make the Cream Layer:
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add Kiri square portions and stir until fully melted and combined.
- (Optional) Stir in the canned cream for extra richness. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Prepare the Biscuit Layer:
- Crush the cocoa biscuits and mix with a splash of coffee and cocoa powder (if using) until just moistened.
Assemble:
- In serving glasses, layer the moistened biscuits and Kiri cream alternately, starting with the biscuits. Repeat for three layers, finishing with the cream on top.
Decorate:
- Top with a dusting of cocoa powder, a swirl of whipped cream, and chopped hazelnuts or walnuts.
Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours before serving for best texture and flavor.
