Kiri Apple Cinnamon Trifles

Enjoy wholesome layers of cinnamon apples, Kiri cream cheese, crunchy granola, and date caramel drizzle — your guilt-free Ramadan dessert, that you can indulge in without compromising on health.

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Apples:

  • 3 green apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp packed brown sugar

 For the Cinnamon Whipped Kiri and Granola:

  • Kiri Square Portions
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cinnamon granola (store-bought or homemade)

 For the Date Caramel:

  • 1½ cups Medjool dates (about 15 large dates), pitted
  • ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Cooking steps

Prepare the Cinnamon Apples:

  1. In a saucepan, cook apples with lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar over medium heat until soft. Let cool.

Make the Cinnamon Whipped Kiri:

  1. Blend Kiri Square Portions, whipped cream, honey (or maple syrup), and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Date Caramel:

  1. In a blender, combine dates, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Assemble the Dessert:

  1. In serving glasses, layer cinnamon apples, Kiri whipped cream, and granola.

Finish & Serve:
