Blueberry Oatmeal with Kiri Greek
Ingredients
For the overnight oats
- 45 grams (1/2 cup) oats
- 50 ml (1/2 cup) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 60 grams (1/4 cup) plain unsweetened yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
For the blueberry Kiri® Cream
- 2 Kiri® Greek Style Portions
- 60 grams (1/4 cup) plain unsweetened yogurt
- 50 grams (1/4 cup) frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons honey (or to taste)
For decoration
- 1 tablespoon blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon roasted almonds, chopped

Cooking steps
Preparing the overnight oats
- Combine the oats, milk, yoghurt and honey in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Preparing the blueberry Kiri® cream
- Place the Kiri® Greek Style Portions, yoghurt, frozen blueberries and honey in an electric blender, then blend until smooth.
Preparing the overnight oat cup
- Place a generous layer of the overnight oats in the serving cup.
- Add a layer of the blueberry Kiri® cream. Decorate with the kiwi, blueberries, and almonds, then serve immediately.
