A light and healthy salad with Kiri square portions, tomatoes and fresh basil

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 6 Kiri Square Portions
  • 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 6 Kiri square

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparing the Salad

  1. Roughly chop the tomatoes and place them in a big bowl.
  2. Add basil and olive oil.
  3. Season it well with pepper. Leave them to marinate for a few minutes.
