
Um Yasmine’s Rouge et Blanc Salad
A light and healthy salad with Kiri square portions, tomatoes and fresh basil
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 6 Kiri Square Portions
- 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
- 6 Kiri square
- 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
- 5 g fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper 5 g fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)

Cooking steps
Preparing the Salad
- Roughly chop the tomatoes and place them in a big bowl.
- Add basil and olive oil.
- Season it well with pepper. Leave them to marinate for a few minutes.
