A light and healthy salad with Kiri square portions, tomatoes and fresh basil

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 6 Kiri Square Portions
  • 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 6 Kiri square

  • 5 g fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking steps

For the Salad

  1. Place 6 Kiri Square Portions in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut 1/2 kg of ripe tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add 5 grams of roughly chopped fresh basil leaves to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over the salad.
  5. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Gently toss the salad until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  7. Serve and enjoy Um Yasmine’s Rouge et Blanc Salad as a refreshing and delightful side dish!
