A flavorful snack of greens, olives and Kiri Square Portions

Ingredients

For the Jar

  • 16 Kiri Square Portions
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup green pepper
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped black olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp thyme

For the Spices

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Crushed red pepper
  • ¼ tbsp hot red pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried mint

Cooking steps

For the Jar

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 16 Kiri square portions, ¼ cup chopped parsley, ½ cup chopped walnuts, ¼ cup chopped black olives, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp thyme.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

For the Spices

  1. In a separate bowl, mix salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, ¼ tbsp hot red pepper, and 1 tbsp dried mint.

Assembling the Jar

  1. Start by layering the Kiri mixture in the jar, followed by a sprinkling of the spice mixture.
  2. Continue layering the Kiri mixture and spices until the jar is filled.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
