A delicious ice cream box with crushed biscuits, Kiri cream and strawberry slices

Ingredients

For the Biscuit Layer

  • 1.5 cups crushed biscuit
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • cup brown sugar

For the Filling

  • 12 Kiri square portions
  • 300g condensed milk
  • 150g whipping cream
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon
  • pinch of salt

Cooking steps

For the Biscuit Layer

  • 1Grind the biscuits and add melted butter.
  • 2Add brown sugar and mix well.
  • 3Spread inside serving dish and place in the freezer.

For the Filling

  • 1Add full fat milk and Kiri square portions to the sugar and mix well.
  • 2Spread over biscuit layer, decorate and serve.
