Easy, cheesy samosas: 3 simple and tasty variations

Mozzarella & Basil Samosas

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp fresh, chopped basil
  • 7 Kiri Cream Cheese Squares
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 package of samosa wrappers
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Fill samosa wrappers.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve.

Feta Cheese Samosas

Ingredients
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kiri Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives
  • 1 package samosa wrappers
Instructions
  1. Mix filling ingredients.
  2. Stuff wrappers.
  3. Fry or bake until golden.
  4. Serve warm.

Cheddar & Beef Bacon Samosas

You can use turkey or beef bacon, or vegan options if preferred.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 4 Kiri Cream Cheese Squares
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package samosa wrappers
Instructions
  1. Mix filling.
  2. Fill wrappers.
  3. Fry or bake until golden.
  4. Serve.
