  • 12 Kiri Square Portions, softened
  • 1 pack of Sambousek pastry
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil to fry

Preparing the Sambousek

  • 1Add Kiri cream cheese in a large bowl.
  • 2Add garlic, parsley and salt.
  • 3Mix everything well.
  • 4Put a teaspoon of cheese stuffing in one end and fold to get the triangular shape.
  • 5Heat the oil and deep fry to get the golden color.
