A delicious appetizer of seafood topped with a Kiri Cream sauce

Ingredients

For the Seafood

  • 350g cleaned lobster
  • 350g seafood mix
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 cups of mixed mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • cup of white vinegar

For the Kiri Cream

  • 6 Kiri square portions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup of crme fraiche
  • cup of fennel (chopped)
  • A dash of white pepper

Cooking steps

Cooking the Seafood

  • 1Fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter until golden.
  • 2Sprinkle flour while stirring continuously then add white vinegar.
  • 3Add the lobster and seafood. Let them cook well.

For the Kiri Cream

  • 1Meanwhile, mix the cream with the Kiri squares and the egg using a blender.
  • 2Add the white pepper and fennel and mix again.

Serving

  • 1Pour the sauce on the lobster and seafood. Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
