Pistachio and Cardamom Kiri® Greek Suhoor Bowl


For the Raspberry Chia Jam

  • 120 grams (1 cup) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

For the Kiri® Cream

  • 4 Kiri® Greek Style Portions
  • 300 grams (1 cup) plain unsweetened yogurt


  • 2 tablespoons pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Cooking steps

Preparing the raspberry chia jam

  • 1Place the raspberries, honey, and cardamom in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2Mash the raspberries with a spoon, then turn off the heat and add the chia seeds. Mix to combine, then set aside.

Preparing the Kiri® Cream

  • 1Place the Kiri® Greek Style Portions in a bowl and mash them with a spoon until they are smooth.
  • 2Add the yoghurt, then mix to combine.


  • 1Place the Kiri® cream mixture in a bowl. Top with the raspberry chia jam, pistachios, and chia seeds, then serve!
