Date pudding

Ingredients

  • 15 Kiri® squares
  • Ready-made milk bread (toasted)
  • 250 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g dates (mashed)
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 g raisins

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a pan. Add the cream, the Kiri squares and stir.
  2. Add the butter, dates and raisins.
  3. Cut the toasted bread and arrange in a serving dish.
  4. Pour the sauce over the bread and put the dish in an oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  5. Serve the pudding while still hot.
