Creamy chicken and rice gratin by Alaa

Ingredients

  • 4 Kiri® square portions
  • 4 cups rice
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 potatoes
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • ¼ cup green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup cooking cream
  • ½ cup chicken stock

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan, stir fry onions with garlic, chicken and spices.
  2. Boil the potatoes, broccoli and beans in another pan.
  3. For the sauce, mix the cream, cheese and chicken stock. Add the spices and salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking pan, place the boiled rice, chicken and vegetables. Then top it with the creamy sauce. Place it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
