For the filling:

- 200 g fresh whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- ½ lemon juice
- ½ kg strawberries
- Beat the cream with a dash of vanilla.
- Mix the Kiri squares with caster sugar and lemon juice.
- Fold in the whipped cream gradually with a spatula to preserve the fluffiness.
- Garnish with a layer of strawberries.
- Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
